而是12名紐約當地明星學校的學生

這些學生來自紐約排名美國前100大的學校

Mayor Michael Bloomberg has invited 12 local students from some of the highest-rated schools in the country to join him in Times Square to help push the ceremonial button. 

These students are from New York City schools that made a U.S. News & World Report’s list of the top 100 schools in the country.

This is the year when high tech hits the Times Square New Year’s Eve celebration.

New Year's Eve blue moons are rarer, occurring every 19 years.
